It connects to your social accounts (like Instagram, Facebook) to help you manage conversations, automate follow-ups, and track leads.

2. Account Access
When you connect your social media accounts, you grant Pilot permission to: Read and manage your messages
Display them inside the Pilot app
Send replies and automate follow-ups based on your input
You can revoke access at any time through your platform settings

3. Your Responsibility
You are responsible for:
The content of messages sent via Pilot,
Complying with the terms of the platforms you connect (e.g. Meta’s policies), Ensuring your use of Pilot does not involve spam, abuse, or prohibited behavior.

4. Data Usage:
We only access the data required to deliver our features.
We do not sell or share your personal data.
Data is processed securely and only used within your account.

5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that misuse Pilot or violate these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pilot is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages, loss, or interruptions resulting from use of the app, automation errors, or third-party platform changes.

7. Changes
We may update these Terms. If we do, we’ll notify you via the app or email.
