Pilot AI is a tool that helps Instagram Business and Creator accounts manage conversations. We only access your data after you give permission.

1. Data We Access Via Instagram Graph API, we access:
Your account ID and username Messages sent to you
Message metadata (timestamps, sender info, etc.)
Page and profile info linked to your IG account

2. Why We Use It We use this data to:
Show messages in your inbox
Help you reply manually or via AI
Organize leads, track replies, and follow up
We never contact users unless they message you first.

3. Storage and Security
We store data in Supabase with full encryption.
Only you and your team can access it.

4. Your Control
You can remove our access anytime via Instagram settings. Want all your data deleted? Email us, and it’s gone in 72 hours.

5. Third-Party Tools We use:
Instagram Graph API (Meta)
Supabase (database)
Ngrok (dev testing only)

6. Meta Compliance
We fully comply with Meta’s Platform Terms, Developer Policies, and Data Protection rules. No scraping, no spam, no tricks.
